Veronique is a passionate and dynamic professional in Learning & Development and Human Resources, with extensive experience in the UAE and Canada. She has held managerial positions at prestigious organizations like Emirates Airlines, Expo2020 and Kavak.com, where she consistently delivered outstanding results. Her expertise spans Project Management, Team Leadership, Training and Development, and HR strategy and implementation. Veronique has successfully led initiatives that enhanced employee engagement, optimized training processes, and drove strategic HR transformations to support organizational growth.

Having lived in the UAE for over 17 years, Veronique intimately understands the unique challenges and dynamics of the local market. She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and is an IATA accredited instructor, a certified Four Levels of Evaluation Kirkpatrick practitioner, and an Insight Discovery Licensed practitioner. Her passion for helping others grow and unlock their greatest potential has driven her to design and develop customized learning and HR solutions that meet clients’ unique needs.
